Tip #2: De-puff the eyes – Chances are if you consumed Thanksgiving staples like stuffing and mashed potatoes you also consumed excess amounts of sodium. When you consume too much sodium in your diet, your skin may appear dry and puffy, and that often includes your eye contour.
