Tips to Keep Skin Hydrated this Fall and Winter…
Real estate agents say it’s all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Well for you it’s MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE! The key to keeping your skin hydrated during the fall and winter months is all about moisturizing. Here are a couple of tips for you to follow.
1) Use moisturizing soap when you bathe. To avoid causing further dehydration in winter you must choose your cleanser carefully. Avoid-soap based cleansers and body washes in favor of creamy alternatives.
2) Apply moisturizing body cream after shower/bath. Doing this immediately after bathing helps lock in moisture. Pat (don’t rub) skin dry and apply the moisturizer when still a little damp.
3) Moisturize with hand cream after every wash. We all should be doing a lot of handwashing. Make sure to apply cream after each wash.

4) Remember to exfoliate. Gentle exfoliation plays a key role in skin radiance by removing complexion-dulling dead skin cells and allowing new, fresh and healthy skin cells to reach the surface.
